# What You Need:

01 - 10.5 oz flank steak or sirloin, thinly sliced against the grain

# How To Make It:

01 - In a bowl, toss the sliced beef with 1 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tsp cornstarch. Set aside to marinate for 10 minutes.
02 - Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
03 - In a small bowl, whisk together all sauce ingredients: soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, sugar, water, and cornstarch until smooth.
04 - Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove beef and set aside.
05 - In the same wok, add another 1 tbsp oil if needed. Add broccoli florets and bell pepper, stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add 2 tbsp water and cover for 1-2 minutes to steam the vegetables until just tender.
06 - Add garlic and green onions; stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
